Sizing

  • How do I know which size will fit my child best?

    We try our best to keep our sizes consistent with sizes that you would find in major retailers i.e. Target, Walmart, etc. If a particular item runs large or small, we will note the sizing details on each individual page for the item you are looking at.

  • Do you have a size chart available?

    Yes! Specific sizing charts are available on the page for each individual item. If you can’t find it there, please use the “sizing chart” link at the bottom of our website.

Ordering Process

  • How do I place an order?

    It’s easy! Add the item(s) you want to your cart. Follow the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page and follow the prompts to place your order! Having issues? Email us at customerservice@giliguise.com

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

    Absolutely! Modified or canceled orders need to be done within 1 hour of your order being placed. After one hour, the order is considered ‘confirmed’ and you will have to wait to return the items after they have been shipped and you receive them. But don’t worry, returns are simple using our returns tab located at the bottom of our website.

Shipping and Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Before you check out on our website, you will see various shipping options including standard shipping and expedited shipping options. If you need your items quickly, no worries! Select expedited shipping at check-out. There may be an additional fee for choosing a faster option.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.  We hope to offer this soon! Please make sure to subscribe to our email list, and we will update you when we launch international shipping!

  • What are the shipping costs?

    All shipping costs are determined by either the weight or size of your items, your method of shipping or determined on if you qualify for free shipping!

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    All items must be post-marked within 30 days of you receiving your items with tags in place. If items don’t meet this criterion, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund. Please follow the returns link at the bottom of the website. 

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    Follow our return/exchange link at the bottom of the website. All you need is your order number and email to initiate a return. Follow the prompts to either exchange or return an item!

  • Is there a time limit for returns/exchanges?

    All items that you are looking to exchange, or return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the items.

Product Information

  • Are your products machine washable?

    Yes! Please look at the tags or product page prior to washing for any specific instructions that may apply and to see what each piece is made up of so you can ensure you are washing the items the best way possible.

  • How can I contact customer support if I have any questions or issues?

    Feel free to email us at customerservice@giliguise.com. Please allow 24 hours for someone to get back to you.

  • What are your customer service hours?

    We work normal business working hours 9am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday. Please allow extra time for us to get back to you when there are holidays.

Gifts and Gift Cards

  • Can I purchase a gift card?

    Absolutely! In the search bar, type in ‘gift card’ and from there you can purchase an e-gift card.

  • How do I redeem a gift card?

    At check out, there will be an area to enter a gift card code, enter it there and hit ‘apply’ at check out and it will be applied to your final cost.

Privacy and Security

  • How do you protect my personal information? Payment information?

    All payments through Shopify Payments are automatically authenticated with 3D Secure in markets where Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is required, which helps prevent fraudulent chargebacks.
