Shipping Methods
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD in the United States. We also offer expedited at an additional cost. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the flat rate weight of the package and the destination. Customers can view shipping costs at checkout before finalizing their order.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the process of your shipment.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping can arrive within 1-3 business days.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please use our returns tab and use your order number and email to lookup your items. From there, follow the prompts to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Shipping
There is no cost for returns on orders valued over $75 USD within the United States. All other orders will have to pay handling fees calculated during your return.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please make sure the item is in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged with all tags attached. Please use the giliguise.loopreturns.com or follow the link at the bottom of the web page to initiate an exchange for the desired item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@giliguise.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.
Sale Items
All sale items are final. We do not offer returns on sale items.
